TOTAL E&P NORGE creates an individual program for each trainee. The objective is to get to know the company and the industry – and also prepare them for future tasks in the company.

The trainee period lasts 18 to 24 months, where each trainee has the chance to develop a broad understanding of several aspects of the oil and gas industry, while also building a network.
All trainees participate in projects and contribute to the work like other employees, and are assigned a mentor to guide them and ensure that the trainee experience provides them with the correct challenges.
TOTAL E&P NORGE takes in trainees at the beginning of the year, and the positions are announced under Career opportunities.
